In my SVA portfolio class, I created a campaign for Brooklyn Bicycle Co. that highlights cycling as more than just a mode of transportation. Targeted toward native New Yorkers, the concept positions Brooklyn Bicycle Co. as the go-to bike for Brooklynites—one that reflects an authentic New York spirit. I developed a brand voice that’s blunt, snarky, and real: like a caring best friend who looks out for your wallet and well-being with a little tough love. The copy and visuals embody this attitude, encouraging riders to own their city while saving money and having fun. The social media portion of the campaign introduces partnerships with local Brooklyn businesses, inspiring bikers to shop local and strengthen community ties. The concept fosters brand credibility and loyalty, inviting riders to be part of something bigger.
